TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE GLORY EXPERIENCE (LIVE MUSIC RECORDING) EVENT

1. DEFINITIONS

• “Event” means the live music recording session (THE GLORY EXPERIENCE) organized by Drajokesings Productions Ltd.
• “Host” means the event organizer, Drajokesings Productions Ltd. and her artistes/featured artiste.
• “Participant” includes all attendees, guests, performers, crew, vendors, and any person present at the Event venue.
• “Recordings” include all audio, visual, audiovisual, photographs, livestreams, and any derivative works.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

a) By attending, entering, or participating in the Event, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

b) If you do not agree, you must not attend or remain at the Event.

3. CONSENT TO RECORDING AND USE OF LIKENESS

3.1 You grant the Host an absolute, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Record your image, likeness, voice, appearance, and performance.
• Use, edit, reproduce, publish, broadcast, distribute, and exploit such Recordings in any format now known or later developed.

3.2 This includes but is not limited to:

• Films, documentaries, advertisements, social media, streaming platforms, promotional materials, and commercial releases.

3.3 You waive all rights to:

• Inspect or approve any Recordings.
• Receive compensation, royalties, or credit.
• Make claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or misappropriation of likeness.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

4.1 All rights, title, and interest in the Recordings shall vest exclusively in the Host.

4.2 You acknowledge that:

• The Event constitutes a controlled recording environment.
• Any content created during the Event belongs solely to the Host.

You shall not:

• Record, stream, or reproduce the Event without prior written consent.
• Claim ownership or authorship over any part of the Recordings.

5. ASSIGNMENT OF INCIDENTAL RIGHTS

5.1 To the extent that any rights may vest in you by operation of law, you hereby assign all such rights absolutely to the Host.

5.2 This includes, but not limited to:

• Performer’s rights, neighboring rights, and moral rights (to the fullest extent permitted by law).

5.3 Where assignment is not legally possible, you grant an exclusive, perpetual, transferable license to the Host.

6. WAIVER OF CLAIMS

6.1 You agree not to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against the Host in relation to:

• Use of your image, voice, or likeness; editing, distortion, or manipulation of Recordings; or commercial exploitation of the Event.

6.2 You release and discharge the Host from all liabilities, whether known or unknown.

7. CROWD AND INCIDENTAL CAPTURE

7.1 You acknowledge that:

• Recording is continuous and unavoidable; your presence in the venue constitutes implied and express consent.

7.2 No separate notice or approval will be required for:

• Background appearances, crowd shots, and ambient audio capture.

8. CONDUCT AND REMOVAL

8.1 The Host reserves the right to:

• Refuse entry or remove any Participant without refund; take action against behaviour that disrupts recording or infringes rights.

8.2 Prohibited conduct includes:

• Unauthorized recording, interference with production, or offensive/unlawful behaviour.

9. NO CONFIDENTIALITY

9.1 You agree that:

• The Event is not confidential; any content you witness may be publicly released.

9.2 You waive any right to claim:

• Breach of confidentiality or unauthorized disclosure.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 The Host shall not be liable for:

• Any loss, injury, or damage suffered at the Event; any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10.2 Participation is at your own risk.

11. INDEMNITY

11.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host from any claims arising out of:

• Your actions at the Event, breach of these Terms, or any third-party claims connected to you.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

12.1 The Host shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control (including technical failures, weather, government actions).

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

13.2 Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State.

14. SEVERABILITY

14.1 If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

15.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Host and Participants. No oral statements or prior agreements shall override these Terms.
